TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council has made the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s):
ORDER NO. MCC000146911181: The City of Manchester (St Mary's Parsonage, Deansgate Ward) (Temporary No waiting and No Loading) Order 2025 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to restrict Waiting & Loading on St Mary's Parsonage from Back South Parade to North Parade. The City Council is satisfied that this restriction is necessary in order to facilitate refurbishment works required to the Century Building, 14 St Marys Parsonage. It is expected that the works will be in progress from 15th December 2025 to 1st April 2026. The order shall come into operation on 15th December 2025 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months.
If the restriction ends within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period.
