WEST NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

(PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY KP1 (PART) – HARPOLE)

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above Order made by West Northamptonshire Council on 10th July 2025 and which came into effect on 11th July 2025 has been extended until the works to which it relates have been completed or until midnight on 11th July 2026 whichever is sooner by the Secretary of State for Transport. Private access to land or premises adjacent to the said bridleway is unaffected.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The extension is required for health and safety as works have been delayed as road space could not be granted until January 2026 to construct the online parts of the roundabout. Therefore, the extension will enable works to commence once the road space is granted.

Dated this 11th day of December 2025
