What is happening?

THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PADGE ROAD, BEESTON) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025 (5377)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Beeston the Borough of Broxtowe:

1. Proposed prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road: -

PADGE ROAD, BEESTON (Access Road to Prospect House, Unit 3) (both sides)
From its junction with Padge Road in a north-westerly direction for 13 metres.
Relevant documents may be inspected at during opening hours: -

a) The Nottinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, NG2 7QP

b) Beeston Library, Foster Avenue, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 1AE Or by visiting the County Council’s website (https://consult.nottinghamshire.gov.uk)

Written comments or objections you have may be shared either by letter or email to tmconsultation@viaem.co.uk (stating grounds and quoting ref: 5377) and must be received by the 8th January 2026.
