The Waltham Forest (Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 10) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the LBWF on 4th December 2025 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act (RTRA) 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the Order will be to continue indefinitely the provisions of The Waltham Forest (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 215) Experimental Order 2024 and The Waltham Forest (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 211) Experimental Order 2024 the effects of which in Argall Avenue E10 (south-west to north-east arm) provided single yellow lines operating Mondays-Sundays, 6pm to 6am in all parking places/bays situated between Staffa Rd and the easternmost south-east to north-west arm of Argall Ave.
Copies of the Order, which will come into operation from 8th December 2025, and all other relevant documents can be inspected until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date the Order is made on request by either emailing traffic.scheme@walthamforest.gov.uk or visiting (*by appointment) the Highways and Traffic Management office, Low Hall, Argall Avenue E10 7AS during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive; or alternatively online at https://www.walthamforest.gov.uk/parking-roads-and-travel/roads-and-pavements/road-traffic-schemes-and-consultations.
Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any of provisions contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the RTRA 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the making of the Order, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
