NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS TO BE PUBLISHED IN A LOCAL
NEWSPAPER UNDER
REGULATION 20(1)
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS)
(SCOTLAND) ACT 1997
Applications for planning permission, listed building consent and conservation area consent listed below together with the plans and other documents submitted with them may be examined at Council Headquarters, Newtown St Boswells between the hours of 9am and 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 9am and 3.30pm on Friday.
Written comments may be made to the Service Director - Regulatory Services, Scottish Borders Council, Newtown St Boswells TD6 0SA within 21 days from the date of the publication of this notice. Alternatively, representations can be made online by visiting our web site at http://eplanning. scotborders.gov.uk/online-applications/ It is also possible to visit any library and use the Planning Public Access system to view documents. To do this, please contact your nearest library to book time on a personal computer.
Please state clearly whether you are objecting, supporting or making a general comment. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, representations may be made available for public inspection.
(FORESTFIELD, KELSO)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2025
The Scottish Borders Council (Forestfield, Kelso) (Temporary Closing) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 18 December 2025 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:00 and 13:00. The Order is required for Scottish Water Ironworks repair.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Forestfield, Kelso.
The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via Inch road and Edenside Road to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.

(B6359 SOUTH OF LILLIESLEAF)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2025
The Scottish Borders Council (B6359 South of Lilliesleaf) (Temporary Closing) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 18 December 2025 and is expected to remain in effect until 17:00 on 23 December 2025. The Order is required for BT Pole replacement. When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B6359 at Loan Plantation, south of Lilliesleaf.
The alternative route for southbound traffic is via the B6359, B6400, A7 and B6359 to the point of closure, for northbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.

(B6358 DUNION ROAD, JEDBURGH) (TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2025
The Scottish Borders Council (B6358 Dunion Road, Jedburgh) (Temporary Closing) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 16 December 2025 and is expected to remain in effect until 17 December 2025 between the hours of 08:30 and 16:30 each day. The Order is required for patching works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B6358 Dunion Road, Jedburgh from the Castle and Jail to turn off for Ruecastle. The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the B6358, A698, A68 and B6358 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.

(LOTHIAN CAR PARK, JEDBURGH) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2025
The Scottish Borders Council (Lothian Car Park, Jedburgh) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order
2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 20 December 2025 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 12:00 noon and 20:30. The Order is required to allow parking for the Jedburgh Tractor Run event.
When the Order comes into effect, in the interests of public safety, no person shall:
(a) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle; and
(b) permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on Lothian Car Park, Jedburgh.
