The Redbridge (Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2021 (Amendment No. ) Order 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, propose to make the above-mentioned Order, the effect of which will be to implement: -
(1) Permit Parking Area [WD] operating Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 6.30pm in
(a) Leicester Road
(b) Limes Avenue
(c) Buckingham Road
(d) Rutland Road
(e) Warwick Road
(f) Hereford Road
(g) Gloucester Road
(h) Nutter Lane
(i) Reydon Avenue
(j) Preston Drive.
(2) Proposed 3-hour maximum stay paid cashless parking place or permit holders (WD) operating Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 6.30pm in parts of
(a) Leicester Road (alongside no. 75 Grosvenor Road, 43 Grove Park, 38 The Avenue)
(b) Limes Avenue (alongside no.; 10 Elmcroft Avenue, 47 Rutland Road)
(c) Buckingham Road (alongside no.; 45 Warwick Road, 37 Hereford Road, 27 Gloucester Road)
(d) Rutland Road (alongside no. 3 Leicester Road)
(e) Warwick Road (alongside no. 17 Leicester Road)
(f) Hereford Road (alongside no. 37 Leicester Road)
(g) Gloucester Road (alongside no. 47 Leicester Road)
(h) Nutter Lane (alongside; the sports ground, no. 64 Buckingham Road)
(i) Reydon Avenue (alongside no. 6 Nutter Lane)
(j) Preston Drive (alongside
(3) Proposed double yellow lines (no waiting at any time restrictions) in
(a) Buckingham Road at the junctions with; Rutland Road, Warwick Road, Hereford Road, Gloucester Road and Nutter Lane
(b) Reydon Avenue at the junctions with; Nutter Lane and Preston Drive
(c) Preston Drive opposite nos. 2 & 4 Preston Drive and in front of pedestrian dropped kerbs alongside the sports ground
(d) Nutter Lane in front of the vehicle access to the cricket and bowls club.
A copy of the Order, and other documents giving detailed particulars including map-based plans may be examined at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255–259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Any objections and other representations to the proposed Order must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the council by email to:
