(Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.77) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given Colchester City Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 1st July 2022 has made the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the Order:

To introduce a Restricted Parking Zone No waiting at any time in Goldsmiths (Partridge Road, Harlow) from its junction with Partridge Road for its entire length.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TL450 082 revision 2 with revision 3
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 5th January 2026.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Ashlyns Lane, Bobbingworth)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the Order: To temporarily close the stated length of Ashlyns Lane, Bobbingworth in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Bobbingworth Mill for a distance of approximately 525m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th January 2026 for 21 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30071581525 – UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or display on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
The alternative route will be available via Bobbingworth Mill, Epping Road, High Road, Talbot Roundabout, London Road, Ashlyns Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th January 2026.
(Drapers Corner, Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Drapers Corner, Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Greensend Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th January 2026 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30702588077 – UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Epping Lane, Theydon Garnon in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Hobbs Cross Lane for a distance of approximately 160m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th January 2026 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06210294605 – Affinity Water). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hobbs Cross Road, Theydon Garnon in the District of Epping Forest, from both of its junctions with Epping Lane for a distance of approximately 390m in a north easterly direction. (Hoe Lane, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Nazeing in the Epping Forest District, from its junction with Palmers Grove for a distance of approximately 600m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th January 2026 for 43 days (over 3 phases), or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001454279 – Cadent). (Horsecroft Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Horsecroft Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Barrows Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st January 2026 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30099389601 – UK Power Networks). (Love Lane, Chigwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Love Lane, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 20m south west of its junction with Brunel Road for a distance of approximately 15m in a south westerly direction. (Nine Ashes Road, High Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Nine Ashes Road, High Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 615m north west from its northern junction with Woolmongers Lane for a distance of approximately 195m in a north easterly direction. (Park Avenue, Hutton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic)

(Hanging Hill Lane, Hutton) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:

To temporarily close that length of Park Avenue, Hutton in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 90m south east of its junction with Hanging Hill Lane for a distance of approximately 30m in a south easterly direction.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Roding Lane, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a north easterly direction. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rye Hill Road, North Weald Bassett/
Epping Upland/Harlow in the District of Epping Forest and District of Harlow, from the
junction with High Road to the junction with Paringdon Road for a distance of approximately
290m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th January 2026 for 12 days, or where
stated on a valid permit (KA190HAS01009AB, KA190HAS01010AB &
KA190HAS01011AB – Gigaclear). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with
appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the

(Stonards Hill, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days
from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stonards Hill, Epping in the District
of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 90m south east of its junction with Palmers
Hill for a distance of approximately 30m in a south easterly direction. The closure is
