Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Constantine.

This prohibition is necessary for blockage and ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th January 2026 to 7th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Bridge, Constantine between grid reference SW72613 28792 and the property named Bridge Cottage.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Sithney.

This prohibition is necessary for poling and tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th January 2026 to 6th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - B3302 Between Sithney School And Sithney Common, Sithney between the junction of Sithney and grid reference SW63840 29375.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Day.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd December 2025 to 24th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - BownderAn Sycamor, St Day between grid reference SW73868 43330 and property number 10.

This prohibition is necessary for drainage works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th January 2026 to 6th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Hillhead Road, Kergilliack between the property named Higher Kergilliack House and the junction of Rosva Greun.

This prohibition is necessary for patching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th January 2026 to 16th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Road From Bells Hill To Restronguet Barton, Restronguet, Mylor and Restronguet Barton, Mylor for their entire lengths.

This prohibition is necessary for section 278 development works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th January 2026 to 30th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekends included.

Public rights of way affected - Byway 10, Feock between grid reference SW79657 40798 and the junction of Bridleway 9, Feock and Bridleway 9, Feock between the junction of Byway 10, Feock and grid reference SW79689 40679.
