Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Trewarveneth Street, Newlyn) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newlyn.
This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th January 2026, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Trewarveneth Street, Newlyn between the junction of Boase Street and Prospect Place.

The County of Cornwall (No Go By Hill, St Just) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Just.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th January 2026, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - No Go By Hill, St Just between the junction of Access Track to Highfiled and Nancherrow Hill.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Hayle.
This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th January 2026 to 9th January 2026.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.
Road affected - Clifton Terrace, Hayle between grid references SW5584337809 and SW5589737843.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Penzance.
This prohibition is necessary for electric connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th January 2026 to 12th January 2026.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - Penlee Park, Penzance between grid references SW4702030130 and SW4700530137,
Access To Rear Of Wellington Place Wellington Terrace And Park Corner, Penzance between grid references SW4703030144 and SW4701230152.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Marazion.
This prohibition is necessary for SAM's and gully maintenance works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th January 2026 to 30th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - A394 between Treliever Roundabout, Penryn and the junction of the A30, Marazion for its entire length.
