South West Exeter - Community Building Currently Under Construction
What is happening?
Public Notice - In respect of Application to Use the Community Building currently under construction at March Close, in South West Exeter.
DCC is currently constructing a Doctors Surgery and Community Building in SW Exeter at March Close, just off the A379 in SW Exeter. It is expected that the construction of the Community Centre will be completed in late 2026 and available for transfer in early 2027. The community building will be 805m2 and will require fit out and furnishing at the occupiers expense post transfer. The Site will have parking and other common external areas available to the Community Building & Doctors Surgery. Expressions of interest are invited from organisation which will be able to demonstrate (at a later date) that they will be able to fully use the building for "Community Purposes".
Please Submit Expressions of interest to - Megan Cross, Devon County Council, County Hall, Topsham Road, Exeter, Devon, EX2 4QD by no later than midday on 14th Jan 2026 - Mark Envelope as "Expression of Interest for SW Exeter Community Building".
