Carlton Street - Residents Parking

The Council of the City of Salford has made the CITY OF SALFORD (CARLTON STREET, ECCLES) (RESIDENTS PARKING (ORDER 2016) (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the proposed Order will be to amend the previous Order - (Salford City Council (Algernon Street Area, Eccles) (Residents Parking) Order 2016) making the following properties eligible for a Resident's Parking Permit: Carlton Street: property numbers 2-16. The Order was made on the 2nd December 2025 and will come into effect on 15th December 2025. A copy of the Order and plan are available for inspection at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks from 2nd December 2025 apply to the High Court for such purpose.
