25-042) (PENNYQUICK, WHITEWAY ROAD, RUSH HILL AND FROME ROAD, BATH) (18T HEAVY GOODS VEHICLE WEIGHT LIMIT) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which will be that it is prohibited to drive a motor vehicle of a weight exceeding 18 tonnes on the length of Pennyquick, Whiteway Road, Rush Hill and Frome Road, Bath from its junction with A4 Bristol Road extending to its junction with A367 Wellsway.
Full details of the proposal are contained in the draft order which, together with a map and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the order, may be inspected, free of charge, at The One Stop Shops at The Hollies, High Street, Midsomer Norton, 3-4 Manvers Street, Bath and at the Keynsham Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham during normal office hours.
Representations with respect to the proposal, together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent by 1st Jan 2026 either in writing to the TRO Team at the address below, or by email to TROs@bathnes.gov.uk Please quote the title of the scheme; (25-042) (Pennyquick 18t, Bath) (18t Heavy Vehicle Weight Limit) Order 202* with the reference TRO 25-042.
