NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Bond Hays Lane & Manor Road to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.
The Order will come into operation on 5 January 2026 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the powers conferred by Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has consented to the Lincolnshire County Council (Kirmond Le Mire & Ludford – Public Right of Way No.136 & No.123) (Temporary Restriction to Traffic) Order 2025 which came into force on 30 June 2025, is now being extended and continuing in force until 30 June 2028 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the sooner.
The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the right of way.
The effect of the Order will be to close Public Right of Way No. 136 & No.123 to all users between B1203 & Thorpe Road.
The alternative route for users will be signed on site.
The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
