NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF MODIFICATION ORDER
WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
ADDITION OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER
1143 BUCKNALL
DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2025

On 25 November 2025 Lincolnshire County Council confirmed the above-named Order.

The effect of the Order as confirmed will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding Public Footpath Number 1143 in the Parish of Bucknall running from Foundry Road/Platts Lane at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) 517066,369118 west north west, north west, north north west, west north west, south south west and then west north west with a width varying between 0.8 metres and 1.5 metres for approximately 150 metres to meet with Chestnut Avenue at OSGR 516943,369162.

A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order drawing have been placed and may be seen during office hours at Main Reception, Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1YL. A copy of the Order and drawing may also be viewed online at https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/council-business/public-notices/1 The Order came into force as from 25 November 2025 but if a person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity of it, or of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any Regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order he or she may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act within 42 days from 10 December 2025 make application to the High Court.
