NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 10 August 2023 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which was to close Public Footpath No.18 from its Junction with Sowbrook Lane and Stanton-by-Dale Public Footpath No.11, has been further continued.
Alternative route: Stanton-by-Dale Public Footpaths No.11 and No.15 can be used to reach the same start/end points as Public Footpath No.18.
The Public Footpath will be closed until 01 December 2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner, to facilitate public safety due to construction works.
