NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257
AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14
BOLSOVER DISTRICT COUNCIL
PUBLIC FOOTPATH, BOLSOVER No 45
PUBLIC FOOTPATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025
The above order was made on 26th November 2025. The effect of the order will be to divert the footpath described in Schedule 1 to this notice as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at The Arc, High Street, Clowne, Derbyshire S43 4JY from 9.00a.m. to 4.30p.m. Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £10.
Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Director of Governance and Legal Services Bolsover District Council, The Arc, High Street, Clowne, Derbyshire S43 4JY not later than 9th January 2026. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Bolsover District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.

The whole width of that part of Public Footpath Bolsover No 45 commencing
at Grid Reference 447398, 372002) (Point A on the Plan) to the east of 163 Shuttlewood Road, Bolsover and running in a south, south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 79 metres to Grid Reference 447404, 371924
(Point B on the Plan), then in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres to Grid Reference 447411, 371905 (Point C on the plan)

DESCRIPTION OF SITE OF NEW PATH OR WAY

Public Footpath, 2 metres wide throughout its length, commencing at Grid Reference 447398, 372002 (Point A on the plan ) and running in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 34 metres to Grid Reference 447414, 371972 (Point D on the plan) where it heads in an easterly direction for a distance of 7 metres to Grid Reference 447420, 371974 (Point E on the Plan). From here the footpath runs in a south, south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 70 metres to Grid Reference 447439, 371908 (Point F on the Plan) where it turns and runs westerly direction for a distance of approximately 28 metres to Grid Reference 447411, 371905 (Point C on the Plan).
