Hagley - Temporary Road Closure due to Gas Main Replacement Works

WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(C2160 Western Road, Hagley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2160 Western Rd from its junction with U20237 Pearmain Garden to its junction with U20415 Newfield Rd.

Reason: Replacement gas main by Cadent.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2160 Western Rd (part), U20415 Newfield Rd, U20420 South Rd, C2160 Western Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months.

Anticipated duration: 15 days (24hrs).

Commencing: 5 January 2026.
