Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Duporth Road, Charlestown, Duporth Road, Duporth, Bay View Road, Manor Farm Road, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Stopping) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Austell.
This prohibition is necessary for works to repair carriageway surface and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th January 2026 to 16th January 2026.
Roads subject to prohibition - Duporth Road, Charlestown, Duporth Road, Duporth for their entire lengths, Bay View Road from No 5 to junction with Duporth Road, Duporth, Manor Farm Road from No 8 to junction with Duporth Road, Duporth, St Austell.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in St Austell.
Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site. Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Duporth Road, Charlestown, Duporth Road, Duporth for their entire lengths, Bay View Road from No 5 to junction with Duporth Road, Duporth, Manor Farm Road from No 8 to junction with Duporth Road, Duporth, St Austell.
The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th January 2026 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Treffry Lane, Bodmin from junction with Percys Lane to Treffry Farm.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th January 2026 to 7th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Ruscullion Lane, Wadebridge from junction with High Road to outside No 6.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Par.
This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd December 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From A390 At Bridge Crossing To Sams Lane, Par between properties Lime Kiln Lodge and Sheepscombe.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Sticker.
This prohibition is necessary for electric connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th January 2026 to 9th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Truro Road, Sticker between properties Rivendell and Penarth.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th January 2026 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for installation of statutory fibre network and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th January 2026 to 9th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1430, weekdays only.
