Bridleway 165, Blackburn – Temporary Bridleway Closure due to Development Works
What is happening?
THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN
BRIDLEWAY 165 BLACKBURN TEMPORARY BRIDLEWAY CLOSURE ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has now made the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using the Bridleway referred to in the Schedule below to facilitate construction works for the new housing development adjacent to the Public Right of Way.
The Order becomes effective on 4th December 2025 for a period of six months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
