The City of Cambridge (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Order 2022 (Amendment No.47) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that on 3rd December 2025 Cambridgeshire County Council made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of this is to introduce a residential parking scheme and associated waiting restrictions in the Milton Road area of Cambridge, operational Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 3.00pm.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 3rd December 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
