What is happening?

THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (B6018 CHURCH STREET, KIRKBY IN ASHFIELD) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025 (4324)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Kirkby in Ashfield the District of Ashfield: ‑
1. Proposed prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road: -
B6018 CHURCH STREET, KIRKBY IN ASHFIELD (the east side)
From its junction with Chapel Street in a southerly direction for 44 metres
B6018 CHURCH STREET, KIRKBY IN ASHFIELD (the west side)
From the southern boundary line of No. 6 in a southerly direction for 18 metres.
From the northern boundary line of No. 8 in a southerly direction for 7 metres.
From the northern boundary line of No. 9a in a southerly direction for 6 metres.
2. Other restrictions: - Bus Stop Clearways – No Stopping, except Buses on the following length of road:
B6018 CHURCH STREET, KIRKBY IN ASHFIELD (the east side)
From a point 25 metres south of its junction with Chapel Street in a southerly direction for 19 metres
