What is happening?
THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (BROOMHILL ROAD, HUCKNALL) (PARKING PLACES) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025 (4323)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Hucknall in the District of Ashfield: ‑
1. To provide 30 Minutes parking, No Return within 1 hour. Operating All days All Hours along the following length of road: -
Broomhill Road, Hucknall (north-west side)
From point opposite a point 1 metre south-west of the north-eastern kerbline of Yew Tree Road in a north-easterly direction for 11 metres.
2. Other restrictions: - Bus Stop Clearways – No Stopping, except Buses (7am – 7pm) on the following length of road: -
Broomhill Road, Hucknall (south-east side)
From a point 25 metres south-west of its junction with Yew Tree Road in a north-easterly direction for 19 metres.
