Notice is hereby given that Dudley Metropolitan Council (“the Council”) proposes to make the Order, The Borough Council of Dudley (New Mill Street & Bourne Street, Dudley)(Off Street Parking Places) Order 2025 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce car parking charges at the following Council- owned car parks:

and select the scheme reference given above.

Any letters of objection and all written comments with respect to the proposed Order should be emailed to
traffic.consultation@dudley.gov.uk or addressed to Traffic Group Manager – Traffic Management and Road Safety, Dudley MBC, Lister Road Depot, Netherton, Dudley, DY2 8JW, stating the grounds on which they are made and should be received by no later than 7th January 2026.Further information about the proposals can be obtained from
