Short Street - Temporary Road Closure due to Carriageway and Footway Improvement Works

SECTION 14(1)

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

SHORT STREET, NW4

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate essential carriageway and footway improvement works, under a section 278 agreement with LBB council, for the development called ‘Fosters Estate, NW4’ they have made an Order which will allow a road closure on Short Street, NW4.

The works will commence on Wednesday 10th December 2025 at 8am and is expected to last for 9 days.

Access will be always maintained for residents. Diversion route will be Foster Street, Brent Street, New Brent Street and vice versa.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
