Footpath No. 8, North Tawton - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL (FOOTPATH No. 8, NORTH TAWTON) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2025
The above Order, which came into force on Monday 6th January 2025, has been extended by the Secretary of State until Sunday 5th July 2026 or until completion of the works, whichever is the sooner. There is no alternative route.
The closure is necessary to enable development activities being carried out in accordance with a planning approval (1463/24/FUL).
