What is happening?
CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the above-named Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 32 and 35 of, and part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES, CHESTER) (WALKER STREET CAR PARK VARIATION) ORDER 2025
The effect of the Order will be to:
- Allow unrestricted parking in a designated section of Walker Street car park on Saturdays and Sundays only
Full details of the draft Order and the Statement of Reasons for making the Order together with a plan showing the extents of the proposals may be inspected at www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk
Any objections and other representations relating to the draft Order should be made in writing stating the grounds of the objection to the undersigned to arrive no later than by Friday, 2nd January 2026.
Any objections and representations relating to the draft Order should specify the title of the Order and may become available for public inspection.
