TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s):
ORDER NO. MCC000146974256: The City of Manchester (Store Street, Piccadilly Ward)(Temporary No waiting and No Loading) Order 2025 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to restrict vehicular traffic on Store Street; All P&D Bays from the railway Bridge to Opposite Jutland Street. The City Council is satisfied that this restriction is necessary in order to facilitate adjacent development works. It is expected that the works will be in progress from 24th December 2025 to 20th December 2026. The order shall come into operation on 24th December 2025 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If the restriction ends within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period. Kevin Gillham.
