What is happening?

(PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2019
(AMENDMENT) ORDER 2025
The Tunbridge Wells Borough Council has recently made an Order, the effect of which is to amend the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (Parking Places) Order 2019 to update the hours of operation and charging at Mount Pleasant Avenue off-street car park.
A copy of the order, which will come into operation on 12 December 2025, may be inspected during normal office hours at The Amelia Scott, Monson Way, Tunbridge Wells and can also be viewed at tunbridgewells.gov.uk/consultation. Should you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks of publication of this notice, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
