TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council has made the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s):
ORDER NO. MCC000147061941: The City of Manchester (Didsbury West Gully Cleaning, Didsbury West Ward) (Temporary No waiting and No Loading) Order 2025 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to restrict vehicular traffic No waiting, no loading order in place on Northern Grove, Clyde Road, Old Lansdowne Road, Agalia Gardens, Queenston Road, Cresswell Grove and Talford Grove. The City Council is satisfied that this restriction is necessary in order to facilitate gully cleaning and potential pot hole repairs. It is expected that the works will be in progress from the 10th December 2025 to the 12th December 2025. The order shall come into operation on the 10th December 2025 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If the restriction ends within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period.
ORDER NO. MCC000146900517: The City of Manchester (Wellington Road, Old Moat Ward)(Temporary Suspend the operation of the designated parking place on Wellington Road, Closure of x2 Disabled Bay. The Council is satisfied that the suspension is necessary in order to facilitate site cabin placement. It is expected that the work will be in progress between the 8th December 2025 and 13th March 2026. The Order shall come into operation on the 8th December 2025 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If all necessary works are completed within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period. Kevin Gillham.
