NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order.
From 5/1/26 for a maximum of 18 months.
Anticipated Finish 16/1/26.
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: JAWBONES HILL, DARTMOUTH THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE.

From 6/1/26 for a maximum of 6 months.
Anticipated Finish 6/2/26.
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed & no person shall proceed on foot on the sections of Affected Roads except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of roads.
Roads affected: WEMBURY FOOTPATH 1, WEMBURY, NEAR BOVISAND LODGE COTTAGE THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: INSTALLATION APPROXIMATELY 250M RISING MAIN TO SUPPORT THE FUTURE REDEVELOPMENT OF FORT BOVISAND. EXCAVATION WILL BE AT 1.2M DEPTH ON AVERAGE & 0.5M WIDE. INCLUDES FULL REINSTATEMENT OF FOOTPATH SURFACE (COMPACTED STONE) FOOTPATH ALSO USED FOR ACCESSING NEXT PHASE OF WORK IN ADJACENT FOELDS FOR PLANT & MATERIALS.
