Briarwood Drive, Bradford - Temporary Road Closure due to Water Works

BRIARWOOD DRIVE, BRADFORD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works to be executed on or near Briarwood Drive, Bradford has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Briarwood Drive from a point outside No. 10 Briarwood Drive to a point outside No. 28 Briarwood Drive.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Briarwood Drive (unaffected section), Briarwood Avenue, Brownroyd Hill, St Enochs Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on the 8th of December 2025 and remains in force until 20:00 hours on the 12th of December 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
