Lease of Land at White Cliffs of Dover 

Visitor Car Park, Dover, Kent 

Land at White Cliffs of Dover Visitor Car Park, Langdon Cliffs, Upper Road, Dover CT16 1HJ comprising 29m2 is owned by National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty ("the National Trust"). 

The National Trust proposes (subject to contract) to grant a lease of the land for a term of ninety-nine years (99) years to Last Mile Electricity Limited (a company registered in Scotland under number SC234694) for the use of the land as an electricity sub- station. The area of land to be let is shown edged red on the plan below.
