What is happening?

Temporary Orders

The Cornwall Council 
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (A30 Between Mount Misery Roundabout And Heamoor Roundabout, Heamoor Roundabout, A30 Between Treweath Road And Nancealverne, A30 Between Treweath Road And Eastern Green, Penzance) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Penzance.

This prohibition is necessary for gully works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th December 2025 to 19th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.

Roads affected - A30 Between Mount Misery Roundabout And Heamoor Roundabout, Penzance, Heamoor Roundabout, Heamoor, A30 Between Treweath Road And Nancealverne, Heamoor and A30 Between Treweath Road And Eastern Green, Penzance for their entire lengths.

The County of Cornwall (Tregembo Hill, Bosence Road and Road From Bosence Road To Pauls Green, Relubbus)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Relubbus.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 31st December 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Tregembo Hill and Bosence Road, Relubbus for their entire lengths, Road From Bosence Road To Pauls Green, Relubbus between the junction of Bosence Road and Goldolphin Bridge.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Marazion.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th December 2025 to 16th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1930 and 0600, weekdays only.

Road affected - Gwallon Lane, Marazion between the junction of School Lane and to the entrance of the Recreation Ground.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Ives.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th December 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From The Stennack To Trenwith Terrace, St Ives for its entire length.

The County of Cornwall (Station Approach, St Erth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Erth.

This prohibition is necessary for bridge inspection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th December 2025 to 19th December 2025, for one night. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2230 and 0500, weekdays only.

Road affected - Station Approach, St Erth for its entire length.
