RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD DRWY HYN bod y Cyngor fel yr Awdurdod Priffyrdd ar gyfer Bracla, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), wedi creu Gorchymyn a fydd yn cyflwyno’r cyfyngiad dros dro a nodir yn yr atodlen isod.Mae'r Gorchymyn er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd er mwyn gosod pibellau ac nid yw’r lôn gerbydau’n ddigon llydan i gynnal mynediad i gerbydau tra bod y gwaith yn mynd rhagddo.Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 08/12/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am uchafswm o 18 mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau, p'un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith arfaethedig yn cael ei wneud rhwng 08:00 a 17:00 ar 08/12/2025.
Atodlen-Ni chaiff unrhyw berson achosi i unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd Highfields, Bracla y tu allan a gyferbyn â rhif 150 Highfields.Bydd gwyriad drwy rannau o Highfields, Bracla, nas effeithir arnynt ac eithrio'r rhan sydd ar gau.Ni ellir rhoi mynediad trwy ardal y cyfyngiad i’r Heddlu na’r Gwasanaethau Tân ac Ambiwlans sy’n ymateb i argyfyngau. Cynhelir mynediad i gerddwyr i bob eiddo o fewn ardal y cyfyngiad ar hyd llwybrau a ddiffinnir trwy gydol y cyfnod cau.Fodd bynnag, bydd y cyfyngiadau’n berthnasol dim ond ar adegau ac i’r graddau a ddangosir o bryd i’w gilydd ar arwyddion traffig a osodir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyffredinol Arwyddion Traffig 2016.

BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(HIGHFIELDS, BRACKLA) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council as the Highway Authority for Brackla in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) has made an Order which temporarily introduces the restriction set out in the schedule below. The Order is in the interest of public safety due to laying ducts and there is insufficient width of carriageway to maintain vehicular access during works. The Order will come into force on the 08/12/2025 and will continue in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until such time as the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.It is anticipated the planned works will be undertaken between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 on 08/12/2025.Schedule-No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Highfields, Brackla outside and opposite number 150 Highfields. Diversion will use unaffected sections of Highfields, Brackla, with the exclusion of the section that is closed. Access cannot be provided through the restriction for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of the closure. The restrictions shall however only apply at such time and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
