What is happening?

THE KINGSTON UPON HULL CITY COUNCIL

TEMPLE STREET (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingston upon Hull City Council by virtue of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 made an Order on 02/12/2025.

The effect of the Order is to prohibit any person with a vehicle from proceeding along Temple Street, Kingston upon Hull adjacent to Bendel House (Grade 3 Ltd).

The purpose of the Order is to ensure the safety of the public and operatives during works on the telecoms mast.

The alternative route for vehicles will be signposted.

Access will be maintained for emergency services.

The Order will come into effect 11/12/2025 and may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

It is anticipated, however, that the works will be completed in a period of approximately 1 night between 7pm 11/12/2025 and 5am 12/12/2025.
