(U23222 Foxhill Lane, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U23222 Foxhill Ln from its junction with C2001 Scarfield Hill to its junction with C2173 Wheely Rd.
Reason: Drainage work for flood alleviation by WCC.
Alternative route: C2001 Scarfield Hill, U22400 Scarfield Hill, C2173 Wheely Rd and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days.
Commencing: 8 December 2025.

(C2141 Owhill Lane, Lineholt) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2141 Owhill Ln from its junction with C2152 Lineholt Ln for a distance of 300 metres in an easterly direction.
Reason: Utility work by Openreach.
Alternative route: C2142 Bishops Wood Rd, C2142 Bishops Wood Ln, A4025 Stourport Rd, A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak, C2141 Owhill Ln (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1 — C2149 Broughton Green to Hollowfields Road from its junction with U42000 Hollowfields Rd for a distance of 20 metres in a westerly direction. Closure 2 — U42000 Hollowfields Road from its junction with C2149 Broughton Green to Hollowfields Rd for a distance of 25 metres in a northerly direction and 25 metres in a southerly direction.
Reason: Utility work by STW.
Alternative route: No diversions possible due to ford on U42000 Hollowfields Rd and C2149 Broughton Green to Hollowfields Rd.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 8 December 2025 and 19 December 2025.

Order made: To close that part of U21028 Foxwalls Ave from its junction with U21027 Breakback Rd for a distance of 80 metres in a westerly direction.

Closure 1 – U21389 Regents Park Road from its junction with A38 Slideslow Farm Roundabout to its junction with U20010 Royal Worcester Cres.
Closure 2 – U21299 Green Park Road from its junction with U21389 Regents Park Rd for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction.
Closure 3 – U21390 Abbey Close from its junction with U21389 Regents Park Rd for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.
Closure 4 – U20011 Medici Road from its junction with U21389 Regents Park Rd for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
No access for emergency services, diversion route must be maintained.

(C2137 Birchfield Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2137 Birchfield Rd from its junction with B4096 Birchfield Rd to its junction with C2060 Foxlydiate Ln.
Reason: Drainage/manhole installation work from new St Phillips Homes development by S&R Construction.
Alternative route: B4096 Birchfield Rd, B4184 Bromsgrove Highway, A448 Bromsgrove Highway, B4504 Bromsgrove Highway, B4504 Windmill Dr, C2137 Middle Piece Dr, U30413 Birchfield Rd, C2137 Birchfield Rd (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 100 days (24hrs).
Commencing: 4 December 2025 (Work shall be lifted from 18 December until 5 January 2026).
EXEMPTIONS: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(Footpaths BM-529 and BM-531, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure Order) 2025
Order made: To close:
a. Footpath BM-529 from its junction with Footpath F20606 (BM-532) (Grid Ref: 397132, 270515) to its junction with Regents Park Road (Grid Ref: 397136, 270532).
b. Footpath BM-531 from its junction with Footpath BM-668 (Grid Ref: 397056, 270525) to its junction with Regents Park Road (Grid Ref: 397114, 270540).
The Order has been made due to a footpath obstruction.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Footpath F20606, Royal Worcester Way, U20010 and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months continuing on from 20 November 2025.

(Footpaths EB-522 Elmbridge and UW-512 Upton Warren) (Temporary Closure Order) 2025
Order made: To close Footpaths EB-522 Elmbridge and UW-512 Upton Warren from C2147 Purshall Green Lane (Grid Ref: 390629, 270153) to footpath junctions UW-513 & UW-514 (Grid Ref: 391042, 269958).
The Order has been made due to a dangerous bridge.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Footpath UW-513, C2147 Purshall Green Lane and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months continuing on from 19 November 2025.
