NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order would be to:
(a) introduce/extend “No Waiting at any Time” restrictions as set out in the Schedule 1 to this Notice
(b) introduce “No Loading at Any Time” restrictions as set out in Schedule 2 to this Notice
(c) convert existing Waiting restrictions operating Monday to Saturday between 8.30am and 6.30pm to “No Waiting at Any Time” restrictions as set out in the Schedule 3 to this Notice
(d) convert existing Waiting restrictions operating Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6.30pm to “No Waiting at Any Time” restrictions as set out in the Schedule 4 to this Notice
(e) convert existing Waiting restrictions operating Monday to Friday between 11am and 12pm to “No Waiting at Any Time” restrictions as set out in the Schedule 5 to this Notice
(f) introduce Waiting restrictions Saturday only operating between 8.30am and 6.30pm as set out in the Schedule 6 to this Notice
(g) introduce a new ‘Loading Bay’ operating Monday to Saturday between 8am to 8pm as set out in Schedule 7 to this Notice
(h) Introduce 2-wheel footway parking exemption in Pickhurst Park as set out in Schedule 8 to this Notice
Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order.
Copies of the proposed Orders, plans and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be made available by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@bromley.gov.uk during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Assistant of Traffic and Parking, Bromley Council, Churchill Court, Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, or by email to
TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T748 no later than 7?? January 2026.
Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.

AYNSCOMBE ANGLE, Orpington:
(a) south-west side, from a point 6 metres south-east of its junction with High Street in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 16.5 metres
BASTON ROAD, Hayes:
(a) west, from a point 11.2 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos. 53 & 55 in a south-easterly direction to a point 1.2 metres north-west of the north-western building line of No. 57/59
CHURCH ROAD, Biggin Hill
(a) south side, from a point 35.5 metres west of the western kerbline of The Ridings in a westerly direction for a distance of 16 metres
(b) from a point 10 metres west of the western kerbline of The Ridings in an easterly direction to a point 10 metres east of the eastern kerbline of The Ridings
KING HENRY’S DRIVE, Keston:
(a) south-west side, from the western kerbline of Skid Hill Lane in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 17 metres

MOUNTVIEW ROAD, ORPINGTON:
(a) east side, from its junction with Chislehurst Road in a northerly direction for a distance of 11.6 metres

(a) south-west side, from the eastern kerbline of Skid Hill in an easterly direction for a distance of 16.5 metres

(a) east side, from its junction of Sheepbarn Lane in a southerly direction for a distance of 8.5 metres
(b) west side, from its junction with King Henry’s Drive in a southerly direction for a distance of 9.2 metres
THE RIDINGS, Biggin Hill:
(a) west side, from its junction with Church Road in a southerly direction for a distance of 13 metres
(b) east side, from the junction of Church Road in a southerly direction for a distance of 17 metres

(a) south-west side, from a point 10 metres north-west of the south-western kerbline of Croft Avenue (access road) in a south-easterly direction to a point 10 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Croft Avenue (access road)
CROFT AVENUE ACCESS ROAD, West Wickham:
(a) east side, from the south-eastern kerbline of Croft Avenue in a southerly direction
direction for a distance of 63.5 metres
