Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025
Danson Road, Bexley - Notice of Intention
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable highway improvement works by a Council contractor on behalf of London Borough of Bexley, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
Prohibition of traffic on Danson Road from 58 to Lodge Lane, Bexley
Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition from 58 to Lodge Lane, Bexley entire road
The Order will come into effect on 11 December 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months.
However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
East Rochester Way, Upton Road, Arbuthnot Lane, Bridgen Road, Blendon Road, Danson Underpass
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable highway improvement works by a Council contractor on behalf of London Borough of Bexley, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
Prohibition of traffic on Hatherley Crescent, Sidcup, between No. 13 to No. 55 and the side of Tudor Court
Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Hatherley Crescent, Sidcup between No. 13 to No. 55 and the side of Tudor Court
The Order will come into effect on 9 December 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months.
However, the works are expected to be completed within 8 days.
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via:
Station Road, Hurst Road, Footscray Lane, Faraday Road, and reverse.
Station Road, High Street, Rectory Lane, The Drive, Lansdown Road, Alma Road and reverse.
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Valley Road and Hillside Road, Crayford - Notice of Making an Order
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable MJ Quinn on behalf of BT to install a telephone poll in footway, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
Prohibition of traffic Valley Road, Crayford, from the junction of Hillside Road to the junction with Heath Road, Crayford
Prohibition of traffic on Hillside Road, Crayford from the junction with Valley Road to the junction with Heath Road, Crayford
The Order will come into effect on 9 December 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months.
However, the works are expected to be completed within 2 days.
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via:
Valley Road Diversion
Heath Road, Hillside Road, and reverse
Hillside Road Diversion
Valley Road, Heath Road, and reverse
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025
The View, Abbey Wood - Notice of Making an Order
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable Forefront Ltd on behalf of Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Mains Replacement works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
Prohibition of traffic on The View – entire road
Waiting restriction and loading prohibition on The View – entire road, both sides of the carriageway
The Order will come into effect on 8 December 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months.
However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 weeks.
Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative routes will be available. However, access to residents and emergency services to be maintained.
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable highway improvement works by a council contractor on behalf of London Borough of Bexley, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Mayplace Road East from the junction with Stephen Road to the junction with Inglewood Road, Bexleyheath
Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Midfield Parade, Oakwood Drive, Manor Way and Old Barn Way at the junction with Mayplace Road East, Bexleyheath
No waiting no loading (Parking Restrictions) in Mayplace Road East from the junction with Stephen Road to the junction with Inglewood Road, Bexleyheath
Restrictions to be removed when no longer required
The Order will come into effect on 8 December 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months.
However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via:
Barnehurst Road, Northall Road, Parkside Avenue, Perry Street and Reverse
Localised diversions to be used as and when required for the side roads
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

The Bexley (Welling Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 6) Traffic Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 1 December made the above titled Traffic Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Order would be to amend the Bexley (Welling Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018: –
a) Remove the existing Resident Permit Parking Bay in front of 28 Central Avenue Welling.
b) The parking bay which currently operates between 1.00pm and 3.00pm, Monday to Friday will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of ‘1.00pm and 3.00pm Monday to Friday’
c) Convert the existing ‘Free Parking Bay’ which operates between 1.00pm and 3.00pm, Monday to Friday to a ‘Resident Permit Parking Bay’ which operates between 1.00pm and 3.00pm, Monday to Friday in Tidford Road adjacent to 63 Central Avenue.
Copies of the Orders which become operational on 8 December 2025, the corresponding Parent Orders (and the Orders that have amended those Orders); the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Orders and plans which indicate the length of roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT.

Persons desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the day on which the Order were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court
