(Emergency Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025
Order made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged on carrying out Emergency Landslide and Carriageway Repair Works) on the B781 West Kilbride, between Crosbie Cottage and Faulds Farm, by reason of works proposed to be executed on or near that road.
The Order will be in operation 16:00 hours Wednesday 26th November 3rd until 16:00 hours Friday 19th December 2025, or until such time as the works are completed, whichever is earlier.
