PUBLIC NOTICE:

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE GLA ROADS AND GLA SIDE ROADS (SOUTHWARK) RED ROUTE CONSOLIDATION TRAFFIC ORDER 2007 A202 GLA SIDE ROAD (CAMBERWELL STATION ROAD) VARIATION ORDER 2025

1.    Transport for London hereby gives notice that on 28th November 2025 it made the above named Order, under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 12th December 2025.

2.    The general nature and effect of the Order will to:

(1)     replace the existing Loading and Disabled Persons’ Vehicle Bay on Camberwell Station Road outside No.296a Camberwell New Road with a 5.8 metre Loading only Bay operating ‘No Stopping On Any Day 7am -7pm, except Loading 20 mins’;

(2)     replace existing Single Red Lines on Camberwell Station Road operating ‘No Stopping on any Day 7am-7pm’ with Double Red Lines operating ‘No Stopping At Any Time’

3.    The road which would be affected by the Order is the A202 GLA Road -Camberwell Station Road in the London Borough of Southwark

4.    A copy of the Order, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected by visiting our website at https://haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk/tro and selecting the relevant borough and reference the Traffic Order relates to or by appointment during normal office hours at our office at the address below. To arrange an appointment please email trafficordersection@tfl.gov.uk.  Copies of the documents may be requested via email at trafficordersection@tfl.gov.uk, or by post at the following address quoting reference SNO/REGULATION/STOT/DW/TRO/GLA/2025/0110:

Please note due to hybrid working access to post is restricted and requests for documents may be delayed.

5.    Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
