RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD DRWY HYN fod y Cyngor fel yr Awdurdod Priffyrdd ar gyfer Porthcawl wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), heb fod yn llai na 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, yn bwriadu creu Gorchymyn a fydd yn cyflwyno, dros dro, y cyfyngiad a nodir yn yr atodlen isod. Mae’r Gorchymyn er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd er mwyn gosod cysylltiad gwasanaeth newydd ac nid yw’r lôn gerbydau’n ddigon llydan i gynnal mynediad i gerbydau tra bod y gwaith yn mynd rhagddo. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 05/01/2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am uchafswm o 18 mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith arfaethedig yn cael ei wneud rhwng 08:00 a 18:00 o 05/01/2026 i 07/01/2026.

Atodlen - Ni chaiff unrhyw berson beri i unrhyw gerbyd deithio ar hyd 20 metr o Rowan Drive, Porthcawl, o’i chyffordd â Laburnum Drive, i gyfeiriad y gogledd. Bydd y llwybr amgen i gerbydau ar hyd Laburnum Drive, Birch Walk, Rowan Drive, ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Bydd mynediad trwy ardal y cyfyngiad i’r Heddlu a’r Gwasanaethau Tân ac Ambiwlans wrth ymateb i argyfyngau. Cynhelir mynediad i gerddwyr at bob eiddo o fewn ardal y cyfyngiad ar hyd llwybrau a ddiffinnir trwy gydol y cyfnod cau. Fodd bynnag, bydd y cyfyngiadau’n berthnasol dim ond ar adegau ac i’r graddau a ddangosir o bryd i’w gilydd ar arwyddion traffig a osodir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyffredinol Arwyddion Traffig 2016. Dyddiedig: 04/12/2025
