RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn, a’i effaith yw gwahardd unrhyw gerddwr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o lwybr troed cyhoeddus rhif 52 yng nghymuned Llangernyw o’r bont dros Afon Cledwen ar gyfeirnod grid SH 88810 66423 ac ymlaen i gyfeiriad y gorllewin trwy Dolwen Fawr, yna ymlaen i gyfeiriad y de gan fynd heibio i Erw Gilfach a gorffen ar ffordd Plas Matw ar gyfeirnod grid SH 88704 66281.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn oherwydd y tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd a daw i rym ar 4 Rhagfyr 2025. Rhagwelir y bydd y llwybr troed ar gau nes bydd y gwaith arfaethedig wedi’i gwblhau, yn amodol ar uchafswm o 6 mis.

SECTION 14(1)
Conwy County Borough Council (Footpath 52 Llangernyw) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2025
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrian to proceed in that section of public footpath no 52 in the community of Llangernyw commencing from the bridge over the Afon Cledwen at grid reference SH 88810 66423 and proceeding westerly through Dolwen Fawr, then proceeding in a southerly direction passing Erw Gilfach to end at Plas Matw road at grid reference SH 88704 66281.
The Order is necessary for the reason of likelihood of danger to the public and will come into effect on 4 December 2025. It is anticipated that the footpath will be closed until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, subject to a maximum period of 6 months.
