Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn heb fod yn gynnar na 7 diwrnod o 3 Rhagfyr 2025 a fydd yn gwahardd cerbydau rhag defnyddio hyd cyfan y ffordd dosbarth III a elwir yn ‘Llety Road o’r A494 i Caenog’, Gwyddelwern, yn Sir Ddinbych.

Mae’n rhaid cau’r ffordd fel y gall Cyngor Sir Ddinbych ymgymryd â gwaith gwella draenio dwr wyneb.

Bydd y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Bydd arwyddion ar gyfer y llwybr arall trwy’r A494, ffordd gyswllt rhwng A494 A5105, A5104, cyffordd Ty Gwyn gyda’r A5104 i Caenog.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 5 Ionawr 2026 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gyntaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith barhau tan tua 13 Chwefror 2026.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

CLASS III ROAD GWYDDELWERN

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 3rd December 2025 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using the entire length of Class III road known as ‘Llety Road from A494 to Caenog’ Gwyddelwern in the County of Denbigh.

The closure is necessary to facilitate surface water drainage improvements by Denbighshire County Council.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The alternative route will be via A494, link road between A494 A5105, A5104, Ty Gwyn junction with A5104 to Caenog.

The Order is effective from 5th January 2026 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 13th February 2026.
