HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel yl diwygiwyd), wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd air effaith ganlynol:
• Gwahardd cerbydau rhag aros ar Llanfabon Road o’r gyffordd ag A472 Heol Mafon i Fferm Llanfabon am bellter o tua 590 metr a
• Gwahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd y gilfan wrth ochr A472 Heol Mafon, Nelson, o’r gyffordd a Llanfabon Road am bellter o tua 110 metr i gyfeiriad y dwyrain.
Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 5 Rhagfyr 2025 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 19 Rhagfyr 2025.

A472 MAFON ROAD & LLANFABON ROAD, NELSON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & DRIVING ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) has made an Order the effect of which will be to
• Prohibit vehicles from waiting on Llanfabon Road from its junction with A472 Mafon Road to Llanfabon Farm for a distance of approx. 590 metres and
• Prohibit vehicles from proceeding along the layby alongside A472 Mafon Road, Nelson from its junction with Llanfabon Road for a distance of approx. 110 metres in an easterly direction.
The proposed Order is expected to commence on 5 December 2025 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated the works will be complete by 19 December 2025.
The reason for making the Order is to ensure suitable access for abnormal load to Cilfynydd Substation.
The order is required by Beaumont Traffic Management Limited.
