Vaughan Road - Temporary Traffic Prohibition
What is happening?
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(VAUGHAN ROAD) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City
Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road
Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles
from proceeding on Vaughan Road in both directions at its
junction with Hill Road and Dilloways Lane.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen
months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken
on 7 December 2025, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30.
The diversion route is: Hill Road, Moseley Road and Dilloways
Lane and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate the replacement of a manhole
frame by Severn Trent Water.
