Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C69 Blackwells End from its junction with Corsend Road for a distance of approximately 550 metres northwards.

The reason for the said closure is for infrastructure maintenance works.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE U40388 CHURCH LANE (MINSTERWORTH PARISH) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the U40388 Church Lane from its junction with the A48 to outside of the property known as ‘Minsterworth Lodge’ for a distance of approximately 50 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for electricity installation works on behalf of the National Grid.

The said road is expected to be closed from 9th December 2025 to 12th December 2025 or until the works have been completed. However, if the works are not completed by this date the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 400612 ROAD FROM BROCKHAMPTON TO COLNSIDE (SEVENHAMPTON PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400612 Road from Brockhampton to Colnside from its junction with ‘the lane from Ford to Colnside’ to outside of the property known as ‘Rowan House’ for a distance of approximately 66 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for new drainage installation works.

The said road is expected to be closed from 8th December 2025 to 12th December 2025. However, if the works are not completed by this date the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

The reason for the said restriction is for safety reasons whilst electrical connection works and undertaken.

The said roads are expected to be restricted between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 from 8th December 2025 to 19th December 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the restrictions are in force. NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made four orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), the effect of which will:

1. Prohibit all vehicles, except buses, taxis, pedal cycles and private hire vehicles from entering that part of Market Parade as described in Schedule 1 below; and

2. Prohibit all vehicles from entering that part of Spreadeagle Road and Grosvenor House Service Road from column 1 into column to as described in Schedule 2 below; and

3. Prohibit all vehicles from travelling south-east along Market Parade as described in Schedule 3 below; and

4. Introduce waiting, stopping and loading restrictions in the roads surrounding the new Forum development as described in Schedule 4 below.

The orders affect roads in the Westgate Ward within the City of Gloucester in the County of Gloucestershire.
