CYNGOR SIR DDINBYCH (LLANDRILLO 54) GORCHYMYN GWRIO LLWYBR CYHOEDDUS 2024

Hysbysir drwy hyn yn unol â pharagraff 2 (3) o Atodlen 6 yn y ddeddf 1980 fod yr Arolygydd a benodwyd gan Weinidogion Cymru i benderfynu ar y Gorchymyn, ym mriawd cadarnhau’r Gorchymyn yn ddarostyngedig i’r addasiadau canlynol:

Addasu’r Cynllun sy’n cyd-fynd â’r Gorchymyn i symud y rhan o’r llwybr rhwng Pwyntiau C a G i ddilyn y trac ag arwyneb.

Mae copi o’r Gorchymyn fel ei gyflwynwyd a chopi o’r Gorchymyn sy’n dangos yr addasiadau arfaethedig, ynghyd â phenderfyniad interim dros’r Arolygydd dyddiedig 17/11/25 wedi cael eu rhoi yn swyddfa CYNGOR SIR DDINBYCH, Neuadd y Sir, Ffordd Wynnstay, Rhuthun, Sir Ddinbych, LL15 1YN (e-bost: hawliautramwy@sirddinbych.gov.uk neu rightsofway@denbighshire.gov.uk neu drwy ffonio 01824 706000 (a gofyn am Hawliau Tramwy Cyhoeddus) yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol).

Cewch anfon unrhyw gynrychiolaeth neu wrthwynebiad ynglyn â’r addasiadau arfaethedig yn electronig i PEDW.GwaithAchos@llyw.cymru neu’n ysgrifenedig at yr Arolygiaeth Gynllunio, 2il Lawr Gorllewin, Adeiladau’r Goron, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd, CF10 3NQ, gan ddyfynnu’r cyfeirnod CAS-04062-D02BR2 o fewn 28 niwrnod o ddyddiad postio’r hysbysiad hwn, a dylent nodi a oes sail eu gwr, ai peidio, i gael eu clywed gan unigolyn a benodwyd gan Weinidogion Cymru mewn ymchwiliad cyhoeddus arall. Sylwer y bydd unrhyw gynrychiolaeth neu wrthwynebiad o’r fath ar gael i’w gweld hefyd gan bartion â buddiannt yn y Swyddfa’r Cyngor ar cais.

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (LLANDRILLO 54)

PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2024

Notice is hereby given pursuant to paragraph 2 (3) of Schedule 6 to the 1980 Act that the Inspector appointed by the Welsh Ministers to determine the Order, proposes to confirm the Order subject to the following modifications:

Modify the Plan accompanying the Order to move the section of path between Points C and G to follow the surfaced track.

A copy of the Order, as submitted and a copy of the Order showing the proposed modifications together with the Inspector’s interim decision dated 17/11/25 have been deposited at Denbighshire County Council Offices, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin, Denbighshire, LL15 1YN

Any representation or objection with respect to the proposed modifications may be sent electronically to PEDW.Casework@gov.wales or in writing to PEDW, 2nd Floor West, Crown Buildings, Cathays Park, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ, quoting reference number CAS-04062-D02BR2 not later than 28 days from the date of this notice being posted and should state the grounds on which it is made, and indicate whether you wish to have the opportunity of being heard by a person appointed by the Welsh Ministers at a further public inquiry.

It should be noted that any such representation or objection may be made available for viewing by interested parties at the Council Offices on request.
