What is happening?

Traffic The County of Cornwall (Infra25-080) (Kilkhampton) (A39) (Restrictions on Waiting) (Amendment) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cornwall Council proposes to make the above Order to regulate traffic in Kilkhampton. The effect is to introduce waiting restrictions along the lengths of road described below. It is also proposed to introduce a build-out with priority working under the provisions of Sections 90G-I of the Highways Act 1980.
The effect will be to reduce vehicle speeds and improve safety along the lengths of road described below. Copies of the relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY.
