RHODDIR RHYBUDD DRWY HYN bod Cyngor Sir Ddinbych (“y Cyngor”) yn ymarfer ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ac ar ôl ymgynghori gyda Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, yn cynnig gwneud y Gorchymyn a enwir uchod, a bydd ei effaith fel y disgrifir yn yr atodiad isod.

Mae manylion llawn yr hyn a fwriedir wedi’u nodi yn y Gorchymyn drafft sydd, ynghyd â’r cynlluniau atodol a datganiad o’r rhesymau dros gynnig gwneud y Gorchymyn, i’w gweld ar-lein ar wefan y Cyngor.

Gellir archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, a map sy’n dangos y darnau o ffordd y mae’r Gorchymyn yn berthnasol iddynt, a datganiad o’r rhesymau’r Cyngor dros gynnig gwneud y Gorchymyn, yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol yn Llyfrgell Llangollen, Y Capel, 19–21 Heol y Castell, Llangollen. Gall unrhyw un sy’n dymuno gwrthwynebu’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig wneud hynny drwy gyflwyno ymatebion i gynnwys ynglyn â’r cynigion ar wefan Cyngor Sir Ddinbych (www.sirddinbych.gov.uk/ymgynghoriadau

) neu drwy anfon datganiad ysgrifenedig yn gwrthwynebu, yn nodi’r seiliau i’r gwrthwynebiad, at Pennaeth Gwasanaeth, Gwasanaethau Cymorth Corfforaethol: Pobl, Cyngor Sir Ddinbych, Blwch Post 62, Rhuthun, LL15 9AZ, erbyn 25 Rhagfyr 2025 fan bellaf. NO WAITING, LOADING OR UNLOADING AT ANY TIME

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) VARIATION

NO. ___ LLANDEGLA ORDER 202.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Denbighshire County Council (“the Council”) in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police proposes to make the above-named Order, the effect of which will be as described in the schedule below.

Full details of this proposal are set out in the draft Order which, together with the plans attached to the Order and a statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, can be viewed on-line on the council’s website.

A copy of the proposed Order and a map showing the length of road to which the proposals relate, and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may also be examined during normal office hours at Llangollen Library, The Chapel, 19-21 Castle Street, Llangollen, Denbighshire. LL20 8NY.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order may do so either by submitting responses to a questionnaire, to which the proposals relate, using Denbighshire County Council’s website

) or by sending a written statement of objection, stating the grounds on which the objection is made to the Head of Service Corporate Support Services People, Denbighshire County Council, PO Box 62, Ruthin LL15 9AZ, by no later than 25th December 2025. Please note that the substance of any representations the council receives could become available for public inspection.
