What is happening?

(WEOLEY PARK ROAD ETC, WEOLEY & SELLY OAK) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce No Waiting at any time restriction on lengths of WEOLEY PARK ROAD.
2. To introduce No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings Mon-Fri 8am-4pm on PAGNEL ROAD.

INSTALLATION OF ROAD HUMPS
ST DENIS ROAD & PRESTHOPE ROAD, WEOLEY & SELLY OAK
NOTICE is also hereby given that Birmingham City Council proposes under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 to construct full-width raised table road humps up to a maximum height of 100mm as follows:
1. ST DENIS ROAD – at its junction with Swarthmore Road.
2. PRESTHOPE ROAD – at its junction with Swarthmore Road. Full details of these proposals are in the draft Order which, together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request (Contact Marie Brown Tel: 0121 303 5386: email: marie.brown@birmingham.gov.uk).
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order or Road Hump should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by the 1st January 2026.
